Frontend vs Backend

Currently I am doing an SLI in the frontend team ( React ) at a good company, So for the full time roles after college should I stay in frontend or look for backend opportunities ? What is better for the future ?

P.S. I have worked on full stack projects in the college and enjoy both frontend and backend equally.

There are always going to be equal opportunities for backend/frontend. It is good to know both frontend and backend but I always prefer to become master of one because thats what industry needs. Do choose whatever you enjoy the most. It can be browsers, extensions, building libraries or if you enjoy servers, networking, how distributed system works and a lot more. You can master any one so that you are best fitted for the industry apart from that you can learn stuff be it backend or frontend, no body stopping you from learning technologies.

Backend would be your best bet. Down the line you can pickup some frontend stuff
