The comments are filled with pleas for bringing back 5 day work weeks & WFH
All I could hear was company is doing well, have faith but no appraisals !
Tbh, good chances it's going to be a retention trap. If it's anything, the leadership would be taking cues from their experience at Oyo wherein they'd offer extremely high ESOPs and then the majority of folks would undergo PIP based termination right before their vesting kicks in turning all of this abosultely moot!
6 day work week is pathetic. You can defend it in the name of intense culture but there are innovative firms making more money, impact and they don't burden employees with six day work weeks and certainly don't skimp on hikes.
