Get detached from work

I took my day off (Monday) as I was feeling a little tired. But I really did not stop thinking about work, even though I was not supposed to.

I think I might be attached to my workplace/work/ project, a little too much. Do you viners also face this? If so, how do you tackle this?

People end up thinking about work due to 2 things. Either its insecurity about the job or the person has nothing else to do.

Find a hobby or may be research on what interests you. :)

I think that is natural and perfectly normal to think about work on your time off

Something that is a major part of your routine cannot be ignored straight away

Things would become worrisome only if the thoughts about work make you nervous or tense

Otherwise it should be perfectly fine

That's wise advice
