The girl I’m dating is a perfect match but she doesn’t care how she looks. She could easily be 8/10. She has poor dressing style and awful eating habits so she started becoming fat. This. Be the supporter without blame. Start with the eating habits, start changing them slowly and then move on to the exercises. Enjoy the process. Fixing the dressing is quite easy just gift her something which you think will look good on her. But buy it in the size a bit smaller. So she wants to wear it and in the process wants to lose weight.

If he was worried about her health he would have suggested or helped her get that checked instead of making a vain post here.
Sure whatever your definition of body positivity is? Probably you think thats its just about fat people. It can be about anything- being comfortable in the clothes you wear, your height, your skin colour, maybe you are disabled, etc.. but no - just throw in some fancy statement about cancer.
