What are my chances of actually receiving an offer after HC asked for 2 additional rounds of interview? Feels like a supplementary exam, i.e., they were not interested earlier. I would like to know how often they change their minds based on additional rounds?
I have seen this happen in a few cases like if you got contradicting feedback from interviewers (strong hires and no hires) or if some interviewer refused to give a feedback because of a suspected cheating case.
But the chances are good since Google is hiring extensively. To answer your next question about how often they change their minds, I don’t have an answer for that.
