Switch
Currently working as a support engineer. Want to switch for high lpa. Please suggest me which technology to aim for?
Hello everyone, I'm a recent graduate from a Tier 3 college with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. I secured a position as an Associate Software Engineer at Carelon Global Solutions (Legato Health Technologies) with a starting salary of 4.25 LPA.
I have learned that the company offers opportunities in Mainframe development using COBOL, but I am more interested in working on projects involving JavaScript and Python. I am wondering if anyone from the organization can provide insight into whether they strictly assign employees to specific technologies or if there is room for personal preference.
Additionally, I am aiming to transition to a product-based company in the future. Could someone please advise me on the optimal timing for making this switch?
2 years tops once you get a promotion. After that it gets stale.

I joined TCS one year ago and I feel kind of bored and paid less than i expected. I want to explore some trending technologies so that I can get into a product based company . Can anyone guide me?
I am currently working in Accenture as a backend developer. Do you think its wise to change the technology at this moment. I have around 3 years of experience. And i am not getting any learning opportunities in my current company.
