Grove your Confidence in Interview:Tips
Folks ,I have been on panel for almost 10 years with few prominent pointers about interview tips to follow :
- Never EXAGGERATE yourself
- Don't get PERSONAL with panel
- Be honest to say NO for not knowing anything, instead of blabbering
- Be precise in your response , Start with fundamental understanding of the question and then present the case you worked on
What is your experience on the above ?
1st point happened recently.. They asked in Hr round why you were resigning so early. I responded in a casual tone like.. " I didn't resign yet!! But yes ,you guys reached out to me, and I felt it was a good opportunity." The guy took it in the wrong way,I guess,no response after the Hr interview.
I also fucked up Qualcomm HR interview like this, this was in 2018 ,young blood was brutally honest.Hr interview started on a lift on 7th floor asked about me and some stuff.. then final question .why are you leaving so early My answer: "I don't like my role and I don't wanna grow in this domain(banking)". Doors opened and she said thankyou. She was on call while I was leaving and heard her saying she didn't like this answer to someone.
