Gut health is f*cking my career

Hi all, I am facing gut problems since 5yrs now. I always bloated and constipated. It started off after my school and it has been going on since then. Not sure if this is stress, lifestyle or what. Have tried all the medicines and what not but not getting the root cause. I am physically active as well and that’s also not resolving this. Currently I am working from home therefore I manage somehow but now it’s a huge blocker for my growth. I am just living the life counting every day and not sure how long this will go on.

Anyone else facing this or resolved this? Need help on this.

For constipation, try to have sat isabgol with Luke warm water and thank me later

Then get stomach endoscopy done. Could be something serious

I had similar problems, struggled for 2 years

Changed doctors got a stomach endoscopy done, H pylori was detected, and was fixed in the next 15 days with medication.

had similar issue, went for a full body checkup, had gall bladder stone.

  1. Replace milk with lactose free milk/skip milk.
  2. Water intake 1l/23kg of body weight.
  3. Eat papaya/watermelon or green leafy vegetables daily. 4.Avoid sugar ,soda,coffee,Tea,alcohol etc.

Try and let me know if you see any changes

Try to eat home cook food. Also try replacing the spices that you use. Try going local shop where they grind all the masala in front of you or purchase raw ingredients like red chilly and coriander and take it with you on that shop and they will grind in their machine do not purchase from market. I got a lot of relief after doing this.
