Guys need your opinion on financial matter

Me and my husband owns 3 flats together. 1Bhk currently getting rent of 38k 2bhk self occupied 3bhk under construction and having good EMI

My husband is suggesting to sell 1Bhk flat and get rid of the max home loan which we have on 2bhk and 3Bhk and invest remaining amount in MF

We have 10L in MF 20L stocks 10L in FD 10L in savings 30L gold 40L in ppf and nps

My husband is thinking from reducing the burden. I am thinking from the point of view of gaining financial freedom by the age we reach 42. If I keep 1bhk and 3bhk in total I will be expecting rent of 1.5L in few years. Which will reduce our tension of job security. We have 1 year old baby

Your husband is right, remove unnecessary loans, put money in MF. First get cash rich and then think of all these money earning tricks

Depends on which locality your house is situated. In most cases, selling the house and investing it on stocks or MF can generate relatively more wealth in the long term if you do it right.

Sell the 1BHK and stocks partially to close out home loan. No guarantees of that rent as it is market and economy dependent
