HCL application status

I don’t think there is any portal to check your HCL application status. There is no standard time frame for the entire hiring process as every job process is different. But mostly, it takes a few days to a month to complete the entire hiring process.

Now you didn’t hear back from them for 10 days which is okay. If you see that it has been more than a month say around 50 days and still they didn’t contact you, send them a follow-up mail.

Do you have any friend in HCL? It is best to go through referral. they send follow up mail to your friend telling them if you performed well in the Interview and everything. It is like a cheat code. Otherwise these things can take like 30-45 days. 10 days is nothing. just call or mail the HR to know your application status in HCL because they have no portal.

HCL's hiring procedure can take around from two to three weeks. I think 10 days without getting any call from the recruiter is still okay. Had it been more than a month and you didn’ hear back from them, then I would’ve suggested you to send a follow up mail to the recruiter. Since this is a very typical timeline in bigger companies, don't lose hope.

HCL don’t have an in-built portal to track your application status,. However, if you want you can track the status from where you’ve applied for the job role. Also, the recruiter after reviewing your application will contact you in person only to let you know that you’re shortlisted.
