YOE 4.5 CTC 17 Current Domain - DevOps with development experience in startup

Looking to shift to MNCs how much should negotiate for expected CTC ?

This will be my first change and all my 4.5 of exp os from single company so not sure on how much i can ask while negotiating plus suggest.

If possible please suggests companies that pay more for devops/Sre roles
