Help me choose - SAP LABS vs Walmart

I have 4 years of experience in FE heavy fullstack and got two offers that I need to choose from -

SAP - 25 Fixed + other benefits - T2 Level 1 - some new team in CIS Walmart - will match SAP offer + RSU - SWE-III - finance team

current company is service based (not WITCH), 100% hike

SAP uses proprietary tech, will that be a disadvantage in future ?

Factors important for me- P0. Good WLB, less work pressure P1. compensation P2. learning and growth in newer technologies P3. planning to stay long unless I get a very good opportunity

SAP has excellent work-life balance. Annual raises are higher than most other companies (from what I heard).
I have seen people staying here till the retirement. Can’t comment on the learning though.

Switching from Walmart to Accenture

SAP functional consultant with 6 yoe, currently in a support project in walmart. I hold an offer from accenture for a green field implementation. Should I opt for the offer, or should I stay in walmart and self-learn?
