Help me to choose an offer 🫴

I am looking for:

  1. Long term growth
  2. Learning
  3. Work life balance
  4. Job security( I understand no company will guarantee 100% security, looking for a company which is stable for the next 2 years at least)

I have analysed these companies, Below are my analysis:

  1. Perfios -> Fintech startup, recently raised 2000 crores from kedaara capital, 2nd unicorn of 2024. No layoffs in tech as of now.
  2. Opentext -> Global leader in enterprise content management. No layoffs in tech as of now.
  3. Zynga -> Mobile games development company, Acquired by take-two which is also a parent company of rockstar games. Multiple layoffs happened.

YOE: 3.3 Skill set: Java + React + AWS + Azure + GenAI CTC: 12.2 + 2.3 = 14.5

Perfios: 21 fixed + 1 variable
Opentext: 22 F, negotiating for 24 F
Zynga: 24 F + 10% variable

Heard about very bad WLB and toxic culture in OpenText.

Zynga, I heard they keep building things then breaking things and rebuilding things. Had a senior who used to work there. Zynga is more frontend heavy, not sure what you prefer more.

No idea about Perfios.

Worked at perfios 1 year ago. It has an excellent team of engineers, great product but growth is slow it almost seems like working for an MNC rather than an startup (Dependent on perspective some might like it).

Perfios: DSA + Java springboot + React ( 3 technical)

Opentext: DSA+ Java + Springboot+ System design (3 technical + 1 managerial)

Zynga: System design in frontend + JavaScript + React (3 technical + 1 managerial)

I am a Fullstack developer, so I was open to Fullstack/ Pure backend/ Pure frontend 😅😅
