- relatively stable
- Good WLB
Cons:
- most of the times, product is under maintenence and new features are lesser in numbers, so work can be stagnant

- Working quite well in the niche and picked several large clients
- very high in scale and the amount of data processes and analysis
- ~0 attrition rate and
- startup WLB (not that bad, talked to some people), good people
Cons:
- Bit lesser compensation
- Work can be sometimes hectic
- No bonuses
Negotiation: Tried, but they are saying that will break their team parity but saying that if u works well, there is no bar, people get 30%-40% appraisals as well
Which one should I choose? I am considering the fact that few months from now, I will have appraisals also.
