Which offer to choose and how much can I stretch?

Current Company: Fintech Unicorn YOE: 3 Current Comp: 28 (23 fixed + 5 perf bonus) Mode: Hybrid Role: SDE2 Backend

Base: 34 Variable: 0 JB+RB: 4 Stocks: 24 (25%, 25%, 25%, 25%) Team: New Team, product under development, Benefits: Insurance (includes 3), Accidental Insurance, Free Office Meals Mode: Hybrid Tech stack: Golang

Pros:

  • New product
  • New lang golang
  • Highest offer Cons:
  • low on revenue low on scale got to know many members had left and the remaining one are seeing, the team has high rate of attrition or may be people leaving. not sure about WLB

Negotiation: Done once, increased offer by some %


InMobi

Base: 35 Variable: 0 JB+RB: 3 Stocks: 16 (25%, 25%, 25%, 25%) Benefits: Insurance (includes 3), Accidental Insurance, Free Office Meals, regulary parties and outing Mode: 5WFO Team: Critical Team, core revenue-generating one Tech stack: Core Java

Pros:

  • Generates major chunk of revenue
  • very high scale, said to be avg tops of ~2M/sec
  • relatively stable
  • Good WLB

Cons:

  • most of the times, product is under maintenence and new features are lesser in numbers, so work can be stagnant

Negotiation: Asked but saying, its final, tried adding a bit more on the stocks


Groww

Pros:

  • Profitable, but relatively less revenue generating then the core business
  • 1-10 product in development stage
  • low attrition rate and better WLB

Cons:

  • low on scale work similar to current org

Negotiation: Didn't tried till now


ConcentricAI (SeriesB, profitable and in space of data security)

Base: 33 Variable: 0 JB+RB: 0 Stocks: 8 (25%, 25%, 25%, 25%) Benefits: Insurance (includes 3), Accidental Insurance, regulary parties and outing Team: Dynamic Team, high growth, a lot to learn and grow. Tech stack: Java Springboot

Pros:

  • Working quite well in the niche and picked several large clients
  • very high in scale and the amount of data processes and analysis
  • ~0 attrition rate and
  • startup WLB (not that bad, talked to some people), good people

Cons:

  • Bit lesser compensation
  • Work can be sometimes hectic
  • No bonuses

Negotiation: Tried, but they are saying that will break their team parity but saying that if u works well, there is no bar, people get 30%-40% appraisals as well


Which one should I choose? I am considering the fact that few months from now, I will have appraisals also.

Note: Kotak Offer in discussion, interview cleared

Note: Also, can you pls help me with the compensation bracket generally these companies offer and how much I can stretch them?? Considering in all the companies the interviews were almost flawless.
