I have recently got 2 offers Blackbaud : 15.5lpa Deloitte USI : 16.5lpa
My YOE : 3.2 years Blackbaud is a product based company coming to India for the first time and setting up there first office here! I only know what they have mentioned on there website! nothing more than that! Whereas Deloitte is well known to me. What should I go for? Any thoughts!!
If I were you, I would negotiate better with blackbaud and try to get that offer increased to around 20 lpa fixed. As you said, they are coming to India for the first time, it's up to them to poach good talent. Only based on the company name and their offers ( I am unaware of your profile or the projects you'll get ) Deloitte seems no brainer to me. Good luck.
PS: usually when companies setup in India, one has a good chance to negotiate better' employment terms, be it salary, wfh and other perks
