How are ed-learning startups for work?

I was previously working in a startup in a software/IT role. Now, after 3 months of searching for a job, I got an interview from an ed-learning startup in Bengaluru for a business development role.

Please give me your takes on this. What would be the pros and cons of taking up this job?
