Interviews + WFO - How?
How do you folks manage to give interviews while working in office 5 days a week?
Do you end up taking off?
I am currently facing issues with managing interview calls and WFO. Any tips you guys have for me?
Book a room in your office and mark the event as private. Ensure you pick a after lunch slot so the chance of someone coming to find you for a urgent task are less.
Ofc laptop has sometimes restrictions on personal usage and then also sometimes screen sharing is needed to code in online IDEs which might be blocked/inaccessible in system. So need to plan these beforehand.Basically these issue are there in WITCH companies don't know about others.
Take personal laptop to office, if it is not allowed in, deposit it at reception, post lunch time, take the laptop and go to any nearby coffee shop (3rd wave guys have some great spacious places!) or any quieter area. Only problem I see with this is, the network speed, may be arrange some fast speed 5G dongle somehow?🤔
Leave managing. Take my interview pls 🤣🤣
