Know and believe that it’s got nothing to do with your skills or performance. These are generally business optimisation and profit increasing decisions. And it was ‘your role’ that was impacted.
Keep faith and trust that things will get better.
I’m saying this from a place of experience. I got laid off a couple of months back. Struggled initially, but took a lot of resilient mindset to keep pushing.
Motivation and frustration come in waves, accept that.
People are trying to be helpful with all the preachy advise they give you. Don’t hate them for it. They’re just doing what they are able to offer.
Keep in touch with friends and family, they’re going to be your biggest support system.
In the end, please remember that what you lost was just a job. You have your whole life besides that.
I hope this helps. And wish you lots of good luck and happy vibes in your journey forward!
