Look at platforms like twitter, handles @internfinder @internclick post just about internships. Usually, this space is used by startups, willing to pay good stipends.

You can also cold email, send your resume, if they like your resume, they might just open an internship position for you. Worked for me, I'm in marketing.

Initially, people find it hard to take a bet on you. So, maybe do some courses, show them you bring something to the table, get a referral.

Firsts are always the most difficult. You just need someone to take a bet on you. Good luck :)
