Starting to feel overwhelmed. Feels like Email is so better
Change default one, absolutely anxiety giving tone. Pause notifications through macbook's DND or through slack.
-Put notifications on the pc 'on priority '
-Pause mobile notification while active on pc
-mute unnecessary channel like general, announcement etc
Put your Mac on dnd. Tell your team to drop sms if urgent. If you’re on call then turn on notifications
