It's one of the good areas.

  1. Has a number of restaurants
  2. Shops from all the brands
  3. Grid structure roads
  4. Road side parking
  5. Great location for Outer ring road, koramangla, Sarjapur road.

Good for residency as tenant.

Don't plan on buying house here.

Peaceful, greenery, trees & parks all around.
Wide roads and roadside parking.

All major startups and MNC office are in <10km radius.
