How is life of a product designer (1-3yr exp) in a company?

I have worked in a small company as a sole designer doing end to end designs, from design research, UX, Ul to prototyping and handoffs and have never worked in a team.

I am looking for changing company since my learning is saturated here and mostly design work for the product is done here. I wanted to understand how does life of a product designer in any size company looks like? Especially in start ups and mid-scale company, given that I have one year experience and will not get much opportunites to get into MNC.

Here's what I need you people's insights to help me understand:

1. How does your typical day in your role look like?

2. How many projects do you handle at a point of time. Ex: there may be multiple features of one product or multiple products of the company

3. What mostly do you do? Is it UX, UI, design research, wireframing or prototyping?

4. How much creative freedom do you have in finalizing designs?

5. How is the work disturbed in a team and how is collaboration done and designs are bought together?

6. Do you always document your design process? Where do you?

7. Who finalizes your design? And are feedbacks constructive?

8. How do you handle revision and critiques?

9. Do you get downtime to recharge? Or have constant pressure to stay logged beyond work hours?

10. How busy is your average day? Are you always busy throughout the year and constantly feel packed with tasks?

11. Do you get to learn anything new in the design field apart from learnings from your project?
