It says 5% cashback on online spends. Is it real? Any hidden t&c? Has anyone used it? How smooth is the process to get it in Bangalore?
The card is very good if you regularly use Swiggy. I don’t see any reason why any active user of Swiggy will not take it. Though if you have HDFC Infinia CC, you can get a similar discount which is offered by Swiggy-HDFC card.

The 5% cashback, do you also get it on all online merchants like Myntra or BigBasket etc.?
Zomato RBL had a similar card - Edition something, which was shutdown in April 2023.
I would say don’t go for it, not because its a bad card but simply because it will encourage to order in more.

Also the card will get devalued to 5% at some point so better to avoid it if you have other CCs like millenia
Outside Swiggy you'll almost never get the highest available cashback.
There's plenty of other cards that have a higher reward rate. You can buy Swiggy GVs with your existing cards that have good discount.
