How is TCS, a Tata brand involved in many litigation cases?

Wondering if the Tata ethics are lost after Ratan Tata stepped down. I remember Tata under legendary JRD and Ratan used to value corporate ethics over predatory capitalism. But nowadays TCS is being fined in US & European courts. what’s going on with TCS.

It's nothing about ethics . The job seems to have been done by folks who don't know what they are doing.

Oracle got its start copying IBM's software interface.

Let's not even get into what TATA did during the early days in China.

A company as big as TCS is bound to be involved in several lawsuits. Its an additional cost of operations, like stationery ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Someone, somewhere in your past pool of employees is going to miss a comma or make a typo or say something they didn't know they were supposed to or do something they didn't know they were contractually obligated not to. Got many examples!
