There are a lot of posts on how much should we invest in various financial instruments like MF, stocks etc. But what percentage of your salary should we implement in self care/ self improvement. Usually we avoid spending much on self improvement courses/ coaching etc because it seems to have a lower priority compared to stuff like saving money for own house etc. How much percentage do you invest in yourself. Would also help if you give details on what you spend the money on.
