Recently I had an interview with Accenture last week. I got shortlisted by the same day at night and got an email for completing a task in Workday which is submitting PAN And last 3 months pay slips. The next day received a call from HR, He discussed the compensation and DOJ and said you will get confirmation by the same day only. But it's been more than 4-5 working days, I haven't received my Offer Letter yet.
Also got a BGV mail for complete but it requires Resignation detail too with LOA.
But how can I submit resignation without any offer Letter.
Or usually ACCENTURE taking that much time only in releasing offer letter.
Can anyone help with this.
Please check your emails properly. It should come immediately after the HR call. Complete tasks given on BGV mail by the time.
To check for offer letter you'll receive an email that you've got the offer and it'll be on the portal basically. Contact helpdesk if you don't understand, because offer validity is of 7 days only.
Dear first task i completed. Submitted PAN and payslips in Workday. But after completing that I suddenly got one more mail from the BGV Team but it requires previous company proof (resignation letter ), also it contains a letter of authorisation in the end.
So how can I complete that BGV.

Never resign without a offer letter, I have seen situation where the offer letter is recieved 10 months later and at this point lot can change.
If you've passed all the necessary rounds at Accenture company, like exams and technical interviews, and did well, you should hear from their HR team in the next few weeks, but sometimes it can take more than a month as it did for me.
