How much I can ask for TCS for 4 yrs experience in React.js?
They will keep calling you for negotiation. They called me n number of times for the negotiation of 25k. Management is worse. Once you will get released from your project RMG team will treat you like stray dogs. You need to report them daily. Otherwise they will ask for apply leave and send screenshot to them. They will ask you to come in formals otherwise they will send back to you home.
Max 10 -12 lpa and also they will based on ur previous package
Then I think I should focus on better opportunity. It's very inappropriate culture to give salary compensation on previous compensation. It should be based on skills.
Thats true, but instead of giveup try to demand and get the possible best package, this offer can helps you to demand more than this while u discuss with another company
