How’s IBM HR for offers?

Hi Guys, how’s IBM work life balance? And will they hard for offer negotiations? Can I negotiate with them for 2-3 LPA. Please suggest.

NP: 90 days Location: Gurgaon Current package: 24 LPA Offering package: 28 LPA

My expectation is: 30-32 LPA

Are you being offered in Consulting or ISL labs? If Consulting, if it's not a manager position, then most probably it would be 7B band, the PMR will be much higher than 1.0 if it's 28 lpa. So I think you can ask, it might be tough. If it's a managerial position, the package must be higher, so there won't be any issue.

I don't know about other verticals but as a software developer my experience is good only, I find it pretty accommodating in terms of work life balance, I don't need to put working hours in time sheets, requirements are pretty clear, and manager's don't expect me in bullshit meetings
