it's all the negotiation power you have and how important you are to the company at the movement. The current job market is bad. Hope for the best, you should definitely mention all valid points and ask for good hike. If they can't give more cash, and you have confidence in the company you can ask for ESOPs that should be doable.
How did you began your career in PMM - can you share a glimpse of it along with the broad responsibility from your first job to present. Do you come from a tier -1 mba?
