I'm 2020 passed out based in India but due to my 10th class percentage was below 60%. I was unable to get a job. I was doing some small freelancing gigs and at the same time learnt Frontend Web Dev Skill. But due to academic eligibility criteria in India I was unable to get a job. Could someone suggest me ways to get a job in Frontend role or any related roles.
I don’t think startups these days look for your marks worked for 2 different startups none of them asked but uou gotta be good at what they are looking for
Agreed. Last time my marks mattered was during on-campus candidate filtering.
U need a GitHub profile with proof of work and rhen for from there... Small startups will be open to working with you...after a year you can try for big companies
Yeah I had good GitHub profile and started contributing to GitHub community discussions and to framework repositories. Hoping for the best.😊
Marks don't matter in offcampus. Has any company told you that the reason for rejection is marks? It could be skills, resume, etc, don't blame it on marks. And don't mention marks in resume lol
