TCS to Accenture
I have cleared the Accenture interview for management level 9. My current CTC is 9, how much of a hike should I quote as expected?
Neither I want to earn less with 5 years of experience nor do I want to be layed off first.
Got this offer from Ingram Micro Bengaluru, can't decide if it is good or bad. Currently working in TCS as System Engineer at 7.6LPA
It’s a good switch at the moment for the current market rate. Simple.
Its a good offer given the market. You can forget about out of the world hikes for this year. Move slowly. Target 20 next year :)
