Check spinny else there are many pre owned dealers around 100ft road hitec city. Budget would depend on whether you want a hatchback, suv or sedan and also on condition/ kms driven on that pre owned car. Mostly for bugdet cars 8L - 12L should be good enough

You can see tata punch, altroz, swift, exter, citreon C3, magnite etc, there would be some in that range as well. Either you can go for vase variant of costlier ones or top variant of more affordable ones in the range depending on your use case
Don't buy pre-owned cars, not worth the hassle. The used cars market have been inflated after all these start ups entered the market. Go for 5 years EMI if there are budget constraints.
