I have two offers,Which is better as Fresher, Tata Elxsi or TCS ?

I'm assigned as ASE (Ninja) in IoT & Digital Engineering Unit in TCS.

I have Engineer role in Elxsi, Business Unit will be assigned later.

Compensation is almost equal for above roles

Based on your valuable experience, which one do you suggest ?
