Generally I hear relatively okay things about tata owned companies from peers. But obviously they donāt pay as much as funded startups, so thereās that.
I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.
I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).
As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast...
I am passing out this year , I have a tcs offer(3.36 LPA) , whether I should join this or by looking at market conditions should I prepare for government exams( I am really tired by applying and not getting a response).
