I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.
I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).
As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast...
I am passing out this year , I have a tcs offer(3.36 LPA) , whether I should join this or by looking at market conditions should I prepare for government exams( I am really tired by applying and not getting a response).
Can anyone share their experiences or insights about the training period for freshers at Tata Elxsi? How long does the training last, and what kind of activities or learning modules are involved?
