Recently joined IBM consulting. They are doing outsourcing resources to client. I have joined on 13th September 2024. Already these PMOs are on my head to clear the client interviews. I attended 2 client interviews.. even after answering they rejected me .. it’s like only 3days in IBM .. I’m feeling anxious about getting project. What to do ??
Last week I joined IBM and yesterday had done interview with one client but client wants one more round so I’m feeling its tough to get project. They asked interview same as external interviews.
