Unacademy is classic case of wrong hiring. Previous COO, almost all the BU heads, current marketing head, while best example for worst leadership is GM himself. You will hardly find any leader in office whom you would want to lookup to.

Real problem is that even when there were some good folks, GM hardly ever listened to them. He just he did what he pleased, leading to the state where unacademy is today. While few leaders did try to bring change, The incompetent ones simply gave up early as they didnāt have spine and eventually become a puppet to Gaurav. I really wish there never comes a stage in my life where i have to be Yes-man for people like GM
