Increase in Ghost job postings
Hi everyone,
Are you seeing an increase in the number of ghost job postings. Because in one of the companies, I have applied for the position based on my skill set and also receiving notifications of new job postings almost every 4 days but haven't received any connect from HR or hiring manager. And it's been more than 2 months.
Is this the case everywhere as well?
Any thoughts on this.

Companies get tons of applications, and majority of them would be ignored or die in the system. They don't have any reason to respond.
If I had a rupee for every application I submitted without receiving a response, I’d be wealthy enough to stop applying altogether.
