As a rule of thumb, I always prefer airlines from other countries when traveling abroad. Never take an Indian or any 3 rd world country airlines. It's not worth the risk.
There will be incidents of them treating Indians bad, but when a plane is delayed or when everyone is affected, your odds of suffering are very less.
