INFOSYS HR IS NOT RESPONDING
Hi Team,
I need urgent help, I got an offer from @Infosys and everything is fine, but now all the documents got rejected due to the middle name that was mistaken by the HR, now she is not responding to the call and e-mails and I have put down my paper in the last company also. So I am worried about this issue.
Please help me with this whom I need to contact and how to solve this.

I didn't get any updates from HR, She is not responding on call and email

Still pending and showing documents rejected due to the name and Launched Pad team is not responding correctly to and where I need to contact.

Contact the HR head directly or visit their office in person. sometimes these young folks need a face-to-face reminder. don't rely on emails and calls alone.
