Depends on the project and team you are part of. If part of a local team where there are other team-mates who are in the same DC including your team manager, somewhat have a specific culture. If you are the part of a distributed team and you are the only person in the DC working for your team and remaining team-mates are distributed across DCs, not much of a culture is there. It is same culture as your work from home. This is as per my experience. I work for a distributed team, and alone in my DC. The people sitting near, beside, in front of me in the office are of another single team (their managers are also nearby), hence able to see their culture. They are very collaborative among themselves, and professional.

all depends on project client and manager. it can be heaven or hell. since it is a very large organisation
