s 18 LPA good for 5 YOE in Bangalore?
Hey guys, got an offer for 18 LPA (14 fixed + 4 variable) for a senior SDE role. I have 5 years exp. Is this good or should I negotiate more? Current package is 12 LPA.

Is 16 LPA a good package for 6.5 YOE?
Out of 16 lakhs, Rs. 15,30,000 is fixed and 70,000 is variable. Also there is additional Insurance coverage of 23,000 so total CTC is 16,23,000. Is it a good package
