Is this company a scam??

So I got a job offer from a company named pixel group Ltd based in kensas, USA for a frontend developer role. They are asking me to attend a 7 day seminar at the office at USA for onboarding and everything will be sponsered. But I got this offer even without a single f2f interview. 1st was a video resume round, 2nd was a technical round and 3rd was a psychometric test. That's it no f2f interview. Is it some sort of scam?? I can't find any details about the company. Please help me.

Your offer letter, encompassing detailed salary structures, holiday lists, work timings, and the code of conduct, will be provided after your visit to the embassy for visa stamping post verification completion. This was also mentioned in the email.
