I got this offer for Persistent Systems, and everything seemed to be in place. But at last minute they said BGV team has an issue with one of my earlier companies.
Now I had worked in two companies earlier and the BGV never had an issue. I submitted all the documents of that company including payslips, Form 16, gave the contact details but still they are not responding back.
It's been close to two weeks now, and HR keeps saying BGV team has not responded yet. I doubt now if this is the actual reason, and I wouldn't mind if they say we can't give the offer. But this is like neither here nor there.
Anyone here faced this kinda issue let me know.
Never faced this however I believe as your offer is released you are entitled to ask what’s the issue in BGV ? Were any of your previous companies start up and now they dont exist?
I had raised this. Also the said company is basically a medium consulting firm, it still is there. Not one of those startups that were launched and shut down.
It’s mainly because they wouldn’t be able to assert your employment , some companies are too bad in it. Usually some Companies don’t give shit about this BGV as long as your have all relevant documents , same happened with my friend once
