can you pleas suggest some courses or advice on roles in IT, through which a person with 9 years of experience in R&D and Manufacturing(FMCG/personal care) sector can enter into an IT companies with a decent package.. the work culture in manufacturing sector is terrible and wants to enter into IT considering the work environment and pay is decent enough to support family life.
