I am trying to get interview calls from companies but not getting my resume shortlisted due to 3 month NP. Please help me on which job portal to use for my job search and how to get my resume shortlisted.
I am currently working in Accneture with 11 YOE and 24LPA
What I did was I added one month as my notice period in naukari, that got me calls. That gave me ideas about interviews, later I aimed for such companies which already had 3 months notice period (amdocs). Once I got signed offer letter, I gave more interviews.
In order to get calls, make changes on your naukari profile daily around 9am. (That's when a typical workday of recruiter starts).
Ok so you changed NP is naukri to 1 month, gave few interviews and got offers. But recruits ask for Notice period in initial call that time what did you say. I my case, If I will say 3 months, no one is processing my profile for interview
I said 1 month initially because notice period and years of experience are basically a filter. If manager gets to know your potential, chances are you will be hired.
You can try giving an interview by putting down paper and then can say to companies that you are already on NP and trying to negotiate the NP with HR and manager and you will get relieve in 1 or 2 month, then next companies hr will get confident on you and they will proceed with your profile. Or else you can let them know if you get call that your NP period is negotiable and you will get early release if gets an offer.
Im getting a little frustrated. I'm good a development, and I can be better, but right now I'm focusing on DSA. I have done around 250+ quality questions on leetcode. Tech stack I know and write in resume
