Job Hunt

I am looking for a job outside India(Aus/Singapore) or something remote (company based in the EU and doesn't require to be in EU) and I can work from India. I have been rigorously applying for 3 months now but I am not getting any responses or only getting rejection emails. What could I be doing wrong or is the market not good for this zirp-era-like conversions? Any suggestions would help. I am applying for customer success roles (for EU, only the ones that require only English).
