I have been working in MNC for 1.5 years now and most people who joined with me are switching to different companies. I have plans to go for higher studies so not focussing so much on switching. Not sure whether I am doing the correct thing or not. People in my company are like "Bro tum kab jayega aur kitna din idhar". #justsharingthoughts
