Currently working in one of the domains where i am not interested in at all. It is literally sucking the life out of me working for 12 13 hours daily sometimes even on weekends..The stress is to much now affecting me mentally literally crying myself to sleep every single day..thinking of putting down the papers but currently having no offers in hand..what should i do??

Nothing is worth if its taking a toll on your mental and physical health. Hope you have some savings to run for one or two month until you find a job. Also did you explore taking few days sick leave and apply prepare for interviews ?

yes thankfully my parents are supporting so can move back to my home to save more..have a current runway of 3 4 months till then can upskill myself

I would recommend to get your savings up to 6-8 months of runway before quitting.

Meanwhile, try quiet quitting if possible.

Hang there buddy!

Until you get an offer, markets are rough, valuations are down. Tech salary correction is happening.

Focus on getting an offer, take out time to upskill and apply to as many companies you can.

It will hurt a bit, but that's how it is!

@LumpySting34 have been there, have done that

All the best with what you are going through. My suggestions - start actively applying to new places, meeting new people, and alternatively pursuing something that you enjoy. Just having these 1-2 additional things in daily life to do, helped me always remind myself that I am already building an alternate path forward.

Best wishes!

Quit. I have been there and it eventually worked out just fine. Nothing is worth self torture. Life is v v short

Hey there, I have quit. How long could it take to land me somewhere again? I have been trying to upskill myself but give me some suggestions. I feel lost as it has been few months.
