Thoughts on Job change
Is it a good time for job switch as everyone is talking about nearing recession?
Count your each day with a job as a blessing while we witness a global meltdown of knowledge workers esp tech bros reduce to status of janitors.
This looks more exaggerated correct me if iam wrong.
No exaggeration, this tsunami of job losses is different as the job profiles are being wiped out due to reduction in dependency on knowledge worker with automation infiltrating every step of corporate function with relentless speed. Earlier job loss waves were caused by stupid financial decisions but when things were fixed, the job profiles were still there to be assigned to new hire.
Understood , this looks scary !
