Yes but it's easier said than done, I have social anxiety which I developed after 12th standard, have a few friends but never had interactions with women, so thought that I should vent out what I feel and maybe someone with common interest may stop across.

I don't think as a man,you are allowed to share your emotions in this society. You can't trust anyone,if you do share your emotions or weakness people will look down on you.Unless they are family or seniors/mentors who you really trust.
